Been attending hitting lessons for months after we were referred by a friend. Great place and honestly don't really want to write this, as I'm scared appointments will be booked up quicker than they already are!
Seriously though, Octavia and Jaycee have been instrumental in improving both of my daughters' hitting! We attended one of their camps and the girls loved it! The positivity and constructive criticism is refreshing, creating an atmosphere where my girls increased their confidence and we're provided a detailed breakdown of a proper swing.
Each lesson reinforces proper mechanics in a way young players can understand and incorporate, as well as working on issues that each individual player may be experiencing.
It's a bit of a drive for us but we wouldn't consider anywhere else!

My daughter has been with Octavia and 008 Training from its very beginning. The amount of growth & development I've seen is astounding. Not only has Octavia worked with my daughter on all the technical aspects of slapping and hitting, she has connected with my daughter on an emotional level that goes far beyond softball.
Octavia is a role model for my daughter and has helped her tremendously on the mental aspects of softball, as well as on what it takes to get to the next level. Octavia's approach, and the approach taken by all 008 Training coaches, is a holistic one with the athlete's best interest always at the heart.

Awesome coaches, awesome facility, great energy all around. We had our first session last week and it was amazing for my daughter and for me and my wife to see.
These coaches are very patient with our girls. They are hands on, not just shouting from a distance.
Just go to one session and see what I'm talking about. You won't regret it. These coaches were once players before, so they know all about the pressure to improve.

008 Training has been great for my daughters! The softball specific training helps them to continue to improve. The in season training allows them to maintain and prevent injury. While out of season trading helps them realize gains. Octavia continues to help both our D1 player and out travel ball player!

We love 008 training!!! Octavia's team of coaches are stellar! There is no voice my young softballer listens to more carefully than that of a current or recently graduated college softball player. Each of the coaches are dedicated to the success of their players. The level of instruction is adapted into age appropriate lessons with carefully planned progressions to help kids immediately see results. Coach Jacee and Coach Camille are two my kids have learned so much from. My kid went from loving playing house ball to making a travel team this year because of all the off-season help she got from her 008 training coaches.
In addition to softball skill development in every area (hooray for catcher-specific coaching!!), Octavia's strength and agility training is top notch. She not only has helped my kid make incredible progress on core/leg strength (which has translated to speed around the bases), but also incorporates injury-prevention exercises to correct imbalances and gaps. Additionally, my kid is learning about the " positive athlete mindset" and how to push through hard things, to believe in herself, and to feel/celebrate her successes when they come. It's amazing how much Octavia can pack into a 45 minutes session. My kid leaves with a huge smile on her face and soaked with sweat.
We love 008 Training and highly recommend it to any level of softball player.

008 is the absolute best! My daughter first met Octavia at a 008 softball clinic last summer. She took away so much from the 3 day clinic, we decided to sign her up for private hitting and pitching lessons. Not only does Octavia help her with hitting, she also helps her with confidence and ability to express herself as she tends to be a bit shy. Octavia and all the coaches at 008 are so positive and energetic. They have such a love for the game, and it shows. My daughter has now participated in multiple clinics and always has the best time. Whenever we see a new clinic pop up, we sign up without hesitation. The pride she walks away with after completing a camp is invaluable. We are SO happy to have found 008.
